1. Introduction
  1. The terms 'Vserveyou' and 'Vserveyou.com' are used in this document (or Agreement) to refer to the Web site itself and to Vserveyou.com, the firm which owns and operates the Vserveyou website.

Vserveyou is a service provider and does not guarantee or provide any warranty of the services provided or exchanged by one person to any other person where the site or content of the site has been used directly or indirectly. You may find other users' information or advertisements posted to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or deceptive. The views expressed on the website are not those of Vserveyou.com, and any errors or omissions in them belong to the respective contributors / copyright holders. Through the use of this site, you agree to hold harmless Vserveyou and its sponsors, owners, shareholders or employees against any and all claims related to the opinions expressed by others.

4. Contributing Content to Vserveyou

In addition to being a social and professional networking site that connects people, Vserveyou also provides a variety of forums for its members to express themselves with the use of letters, art and photographs. Vserveyou provides value to its contributors by making available to them its vast global audience reach.

  2. The terms in this section apply to all the content contributed to Vserveyou in any of its various services and forums.
  • You truthfully assert that the content being contributed is your creation and that you own the copyright to the content. Unless you have deliberately assigned the copyright to someone else, you automatically own the copyright to all of your original creations.
  • You truthfully assert you have not infringed on anybody else's copyright in the creation of this article.
  • We are not responsible or liable for loss if visitors to the site violate your copyright and distribute your copyrighted content without your permission.
  • You grant us exclusive unlimited Internet distribution rights and electronic distribution rights, and non-exclusive, unlimited print publication and distribution rights either through Vserveyou's own or through other media. In other words, once your contribution is published on Vserveyou it automatically becomes a permanent part of the publicly-accessible Vserveyou archives. You may, however, subject to our approval, update or revise your contributions on Vserveyou.
  • You will not receive any monetary compensation for your submissions. The only in-kind compensation we promise is exposure on the World Wide Web and a home for your expression on the web.
  • You grant us the right to organize, categorize, collate your contributed content and present it on the website in any manner we see fit. We may remove or edit your contribution at our discretion without having to secure your permission. We will however make reasonable efforts to inform you of the changes.
  • We generally do not object to our contributors posting their Vserveyou contributions on other, freely accessible non-commercial Internet locations, so long as Vserveyou is clearly cited as the original publisher, and a link to www.Vserveyou.com is provided. You, however, agree to secure our permission first before such re-publication on other Internet sites happens.

5. Restriction and Prohibition

  • Upload or post or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of business solicitation. Repeated postings of a promotional nature is considered abuse of the forums. Vserveyou.com offers certain free services and free advertising options. The use of these services are subject to its fair use as determined by Vserveyou.com. Businesses or individuals wishing to advertise on the Vserveyou website should contact us at this address.
  • Upload or post or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  • Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue by repeatedly posting the same or similar material, or otherwise acting in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in exchanges;
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
  • "Stalk" or otherwise harass another user; Collect or store personal data about other users either manually or by means of automated software tools; Promote illegal activities; Inhibit other users from using and enjoying the unedited forums.

Vserveyou provides the platform but does not directly participate in, nor is it involved in any transaction of sale, purchase, lease, rent or sharing of movable and immovable properties or exchange of services, knowledge or idea in return of gain or otherwise . Please keep in mind that Products, Services or Classifieds are posted not by Vserveyou, but users of Vserveyou.  In some cases  Vserveyou also collects non confidential business information through various legal sources to help users of Vserveyou. Efforts are made to authenticate the collected data but Vserveyou is not responsible for correctness, quality, safety or legality of the content. The Users are solely responsible for verification of data or content before use of these. Users of this service are responsible for all aspects of the transactions in which they choose to participate.   • Service Providers and Service Users of “Online Consultancy” are responsible for researching and complying with any applicable laws, regulations or restrictions on items, services, or manner of sale or exchange that may pertain to transactions in which they participate.
  • Vserveyou does not provide any guarantee or warrantee of advises or services rendered by any user including registered online consultant. The Online Consultants are solely responsible for their services and goods.
  • Service Providers and Service Users of “Online Consultancy” are responsible for all applicable taxes and for all costs incurred by participating in Vserveyou Services.
  • Vserveyou does not guarantee that any specific number of users will view your information, or that any specific user will view it.
  •  Tutors, trainers, and instructors in our database should ONLY be contacted (by mail, email, or telephone) for interview and potential hiring purposes by tutees (students, parents, etc.). Other individuals, businesses and websites are strictly prohibited from using the database.
  •  We understand that individuals under the age of 18 might be looking for tutors in academic and non-academic subjects or want to earn extra money by registering as a tutor. If you are under the age of 18, you MUST obtain parent/legal guardian permission.
  •  When you register as a tutor, Guide, Coach, Online Consultant, or any other category of user, you understand that your contact information, including, but not limited to, your name, email, and telephone number (if provided) may be viewed by visitors of the VSERVEYOU website, so that you may be contacted for business purposes.
  • Tutors, Guides, Coaches, and Online Consultants in our database have NOT been screened. VSERVEYOU neither confirms  nor denies validity of the information associated with each registered Tutors, Guides, Coaches, and Online Consultants.
  • Vserveyou will not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of the information contained in the Vserveyou or the use of Vserveyou Services.
  • Users may not use or manipulate this service for any fraudulent activity or purpose. Items or services offered for sale must comply with applicable laws
  • Vserveyou service users may not post the same ad in multiple places. Vserveyou may take action to delete the classifieds ads and/or Vserveyou user accounts that we believe are misusing this service.   5. Soliciting a Vserveyou Services user to post an advertisement in another classifieds site.
  6. Posting ads for services that compete with any of Vserveyou's Services.
  • Because Vserveyou is a platform, in the event that users have disputes Vserveyou and its employees, officers, agents and partners are released from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. We do not control the information provided by other users that is made available through our system. Users may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution and common sense for your own safety. Please note that there are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense. Provision of this additional information beyond what is required at registration is entirely optional; it allows you to better identify yourself and create superior networking opportunities with other through shared contexts. but enables you to better identify yourself and find new opportunities on Vserveyou. FORMING YOUR OWN PERSONAL NETWORK: You can invite others to connect with you directly in Vserveyou by entering their names and email addresses. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS: Vserveyou generally communicates with you as a registered member of Vserveyou through the primary email that you have specified at the time of registration. This is also used as the login text string in conjunction with the password to authenticate you on the Vserveyou site. DISCLOSURES REQUIRED BY LAW: It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law. Accessing and Changing Your Account Information

You can review the personal information you provided us and make any desired changes to the information, or to the settings for your Vserveyou account, at any time by logging in to your account on the Vserveyou website and editing the information on your Profile page.   • No advertising or promotion is allowed except where it is for an event, publication or similar item that has direct relevance to the subject of discussion and is non-commercial in nature. Information about locating and sharing knowledge and expertise is welcomed, but must have relevance to the topic on which an opinion is expressed or a discussion is initiated.
  • Do not post chain letters, promote pyramid schemes or recruit members for any businesses.
  • Do not recruit members to join another website forum or chat group, whether personal or otherwise. If you have a suggestion for a new forum, please contact us or send your queries to.
  • Vserveyou.com encourages healthy discussion on the topics that members contribute to in forums and where relevant, members are allowed to post links to their content. However, overt promotion of, or inappropriate links to other known commercial websites on any forum are not permitted and will be removed. A Commercial site is considered as one which promotes a product or service for a price or for other consideration that suggests it is a for-profit business.
15.3 Copyrighted Material:
Uploading copies of copyrighted material as a whole or in part on Vserveyou.com without explicit permission from the copyright owner shall be deemed to infringe on the copyright and this applies to materials such as text, images, music, movies, games, and other software in digital and analog format. Vserveyou.com reserves the right to immediately delete such material without prior permission/consultation from the member. If you suspect that an image submitted to Vserveyou.com is copyright protected and has been used fraudulently, please contact us immediately or send us an email to editor@vserveyou.com.
15.4 Safety Guidelines:
Vserveyou.com is always reaching out to a wider audience by showcasing the best of our member contributions. However, in doing so, we will not allow to be uploaded anything on the site that we think could be potentially endangering or is inflammatory or embarrassing to our members.
